the 2nd verse there are two guitars one doing the bass line which is the one in the 
first verse the other i think is doing something like this

this may look very inaccurate but if you listen to the song and once u get the rhythm 
right it sounds ok.

last chorus is the same as the first except it fades out at the 2nd
"we are listening" line
then once the chorus has ended it ends with the tab from the 1st verse

About the artist behind Called Out In The Dark Chords:

Snow Patrol is an Irish band which formed in Dundee, Scotland, with the majority of their members being from Bangor and Belfast, Northern Ireland. They are based in Glasgow and are signed to Polydor Records. Originally formed as an indie rock band, Snow Patrol have sought a more alternative rock and powerpop sound in recent years on the heels of mainstream success with the songs "Run", "Chasing Cars" and "Signal Fire" from the Spider-Man 3 soundtrack.

The band's first three records, including their first EP, (Starfighter Pilot, Songs for Polarbears, When It's All Over We Still Have to Clear Up) were commercially unsuccessful and were released with an independent record label. When the band moved to a major record label Polydor Records they released their album Final Straw which crossed 4x platinum sales in the UK.[4] The band received worldwide success thanks to the album Eyes Open which sold 4.7 million copies worldwide. Snow Patrol has been nominated for 3 BRIT Awards and has won five Meteors. Worldwide, the band has sold over 7 million albums.[5]
