Silence 4 were a Portuguese band, formed in 1996, who mostly sung in English. They released two albums to highly critical acclaim, Silence Becomes It (1998) and Only Pain Is Real (2000). They are often considered the best portuguese pop band ever. The band officially didn´t disbanded, but went into an undeterminated hiatus after 2001 [1]. Lead singer David Fonseca is currently undergoing a solo career. There aren´t currently any known plans for the reuniting of the band.
