Info:  I have been browsing many websites to find the correct way to play this song, and 
yet to discover it.  This is the correct way to play it.  If you watch Mr. Dylan play 
live, he uses a capo on the 2nd fret, but in the studio there is no capo.  Here it is:

Note:  You really have to listen to the record to find out when to strike the chorus

Outro:

Just keep playing the chorus.  You could probably just play an Em7 or an Em in place of 
bass chords for the outro.  It sounds good that way too.   Hope this helps!
