LANDSLIDE (Stevie Nicks)
------------------------
A few notes:

 * Most of the song uses a picking pattern a lot like the intro; there _is_
some variation (and maybe a 2nd guitar), but you'll get a lot of mileage out
of the intro tab. The big exception is the part that goes "well I've been
afraid of changing," where the chords change completely. (And if anyone
wants to tab that part out, send it to me and I'll add it to this file!)
 * Most of the variation in the C G/B Am7 G/B part is in the form of high G
notes. I.e., fretting the high E string at the 3rd fret with your left
pinky, and playing that instead of the B string in some measures, and also
at the beginning of some measures, with the first bass note. You'll have to
listen to the song to figure out _exactly_ where to do it.

 * All the chords are one measure in duration, except "Am7 - G/B," which is
one measure _total_.
 * D7/F# is 200212, or maybe 20021x. I play it 200212, with my thumb on the
low E string.
 * It's actually in E flat; capo at the 3rd fret.

 * In the guitar solo, "/" is a slide, "=" is a hammer-on or pull-off, and
the marks underneath are for timing. The timing is pretty accurate.
 * Some of the places in the guitar solo where I put hammer-ons or pull-offs
should probably be bends (e.g., 10=12 should maybe be 10b12). But I don't
have an electric guitar, so I can't do whole-step bends.
 * I might not have put the solo on the right strings; the _notes_ are
right, but where I notated a 3 on the E-string, it might really be an 8 on
the B string, and so on. Use whichever fingering works best for you.

And I'm getting older too
Oh, I'm getting older too

Ah-ah, take my love, take it down
Ah-ah, Climb a mountain and turn around
And if you see my reflection in the snow-covered hills
Well, a landslide'll bring it down

And if you see my reflection in the snow-covered hills

Well, a landslide'll bring it down, oh-ohh
     C G/B Am7.
The landslide'll bring it down.

About the artist behind Landslide Chords:

Stephanie Lynn "Stevie" Nicks (born May 26, 1948) is an American singer and songwriter, best known for her work with Fleetwood Mac and an extensive solo career, which collectively have produced over twenty Top 50 hits. Her ethereal visual style and heavily symbolic lyrics have brought her critical acclaim.

Nicks was invited to join Fleetwood Mac in 1975 after Mick Fleetwood heard "Frozen Love," a song she wrote and recorded with then-boyfriend Lindsey Buckingham. (Initially Fleetwood only intended to hire Lindsey Buckingham; however Buckingham told him, "We come as a package deal.") With the success of Fleetwood Mac's Rumours album in 1977, Fleetwood Mac regained international fame. Nicks began her solo career in 1981 with Bella Donna, and has produced five more solo studio albums to date.

Nicks has been nominated for seven Grammy Awards, and with Fleetwood Mac won the 1977 Grammy for Album of the Year for Rumours. As a member of Fleetwood Mac, she was inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.
